I'm an Experience Design Lead with 8 years of experience, specializing in the high-stakes, high-complexity spaces where good design actually changes outcomes. My work at Travelers and CVS Health lives in the gap between what systems need to do and what people actually understand.

I'm also deeply AI-forward. I use AI throughout my process, from synthesizing research to exploring concepts and prototyping faster, and I've designed AI-powered experiences of my own, including a conversational claims filing tool. For me, AI is how I get to the right answer faster, not a replacement for the thinking.

When I'm not designing, I'm gardening, baking from scratch, running, or making my home a little more beautiful.
